”It was the 1st time I stayed at this place. And like it because have everything that I need and the distance was perfect. The only thing I will said if you rent a car be prepared to pay alot for parking. But I learn how to park in front of the building and not paying. For parking😂”

”Directions to the property and description were very accurate. Parking was tricky but as described. The outside area was very peaceful and enjoyable. The floors seemed sticky in the bathrooms and the refrigerator was quite dirty with half melted ice cream in the freezer. Otherwise it was clean. ”First- the host was amazing. Very responsive and helpful. The listing was exactly as described. Second- location close to the city and easy to maneuver around either by our own vehicle or Uber. There were no issues with the neighborhood- it was very quiet. Third- and I think really important- it’s hard to find a reasonably priced rental in Pittsburgh with two full bathrooms. This home also had upgraded appliances. I would recommend this home 1000%! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!”

”Enjoyed our stay at the property. Check in process worked as described. Clean , modern , excellent location next to baseball/football stadium. Great park walking trails with minutes from front door. ”The communication with Arthur was great, the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had 6 adults and it was great for each couple to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The house is updated and is walking distance to many downtown Pittsburg events and locations. Parking on the street wasn’t an issue at all and the grocery store was only a block away. I would highly recommend this property if you are coming to Pittsburg.”

”Spent there one night on weekend trip to Pittsburgh. This hotel has very gold location within walking distance from downtown and strip district. The Primanti bros sandwich bar and other restaurants are right around the corner and Penn brewery across the river. Hotel is very comfortable and seems to ne quite new.
