”Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy.”

11. Dolphins Cove | Hot Tub | Near Churchill Downs 2 Bedroom

Taylor Berry

”The overall experience was pretty good. If booking just be mindful that the property is in a not as safe area of the neighborhood. Also a thing to keep in mind that it’s a shared property so getting hot tub time might be a challenge if there’s others on the property, and if you have mobility issues with stairs they are super steep just keep that in mind! Over all communication was great! ”

”The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say.”
