”Great location, excellent communication. Cutest little tour guide. They do preface their listing with the fact that it is an active working ranch. In the middle of the night, one of the horses in the barn that is connected to the guest house must have bucked or something. Scared us lol. So I would definitely say make sure you are OK with hearing numerous horse noises throughout the night because there were plenty. It’s not a place to go and sleep in. They are in that office talking pretty loud...

”We loved this house, the antique feel, and semi-remote location! The property was built in 1923 and is beautifully maintained. We had a little trouble logging on to the WiFi, but the owner was fantastic and responded quickly helping us trouble shoot the issues. We got logged on and had no other problems! It was a fantastic stay and a beautiful property! Loved making memories with our family here!”

”The home was immaculate exactly as described. It had all the things we could possibly need and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We ended up cooking at the home more then we ate out because we were so comfortable. The yard and fire pit were a huge bonus. Check in and check out was an easy process. ”

”The check in process was easy. The property manager was easy to communicate with and did so quickly. I traveled with a group of 6 teenagers and they loved it! There were arcade games as well as a Nintendo switch. They played on the basketball court in the back yard. One bedroom had 4 beds and it was still roomy. Another room had 3 beds and it was spacious. 2 master bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main floor allowed for privacy. Several restaurants and a Walmart were within a 5 minute drive....
