Welcome to Evenlight Retreat at Eagles Nest! Nestled in the prestigious Lodges at Eagles Nest, one of North Carolina's most desirable mountain communities, Evenlight Retreat offers a luxurious escape surrounded by serene mountain landscapes. Located just 7 minutes from Banner Elk and close to Beech Mountain, this retreat is within easy reach of Sugar Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Valle Crucis, Boone, and Blowing Rock. Nearby Elk Park and the renowned Elk River Falls provide the perfect opportunity for a memorable day trip.

Step into the stunning main-floor living area, where a wall of windows fills the space with natural light and frames gorgeous mountain views year-round. High-end furniture, a stacked stone gas fireplace, and a large mounted TV create an inviting setting for cozy evenings. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing memorable meals. On the main-level deck, you can enjoy dining al fresco or gather around the fire table on cushioned seating to savor crisp mountain evenings. The lower patio features a relaxing hot tub with beautiful views, while a custom fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs in the lower yard is the perfect spot to unwind as the sun sets.

The Lodge easily accommodates groups with three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The main-floor master suite includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom and a bunk room featuring a twin-over-twin bunk and a queen bed, sharing a full bathroom. The upper-level loft offers additional entertainment, including a shuffleboard table, two arcade games, a flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The Lodges at Eagles Nest offer an exceptional range of community amenities and nature-based activities that appeal to guests of all ages and interests. An amenity fee, included in your rental rate, grants guests access to all available community amenities.

The workout facility is restricted to homeowners only. Guest access to these secured areas is not permitted, and we will not provide any access codes. Thank you for your understanding as you enjoy your stay in the community.

**Eagles Nest's Newest Addition: Epic Chophouse!** - As a renter in the community, you will have access to this fantastic venue. When you visit the restaurant, please mention that you are a renter at Eagles Nest to gain admittance. Be aware that owners of the Eagles Nest Community will have priority seating.

**IMPORTANT:** This home requires traversing a steep gravel driveway. There is parking at the top for 2-3 vehicles. During winter months (October–March), we strongly recommend using a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle, and chains may be necessary in snow or icy conditions. If you're traveling in winter, 4WD or AWD is required, and chains may be needed at times.
