”Easy check in”

”The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing was when we went down to breakfast they were out of coffee and some of the juices. No one checked on those. It was a nice quiet hotel to stay in.”

”You get what you pay for. Rate was reasonable. Room had hard flooring vs. carpet so it was clean. Walls were dirty in the room. Beds were fine. Towels were good. Older decor if that is important to you. Room had small fridge with freezer and a microwave. Coffee and juice is all they offer in the morning and the juice was warm from the dispenser. Hallway carpets were clean and fresh. Looks like a lot of construction workers stay there. Much of the parking lot was filled up with construction...

”Room had a layer of dust and ac stopped working overnight. Breakfast was lackluster, beds were hard, rooms are outdated, and some room finishings like curtains have rips and damage. Not the worst place to stay, it was secure and didn’t have bugs or anything, but it is rundown and not worth the price”

”Stayed during the craziness of the Jack Johnson concert but the staff were efficient and extremely kind and helpful. They definitely handled the influx of a large crowd smoothly and maintained top notch customer service. It was also very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

”I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel.”

”Stayed with a friend after attending a concert. Booked a suite with a separate bedroom. Nice blinds on the window. The bed looked comfortable. I slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room space and it was the worst sleeper sofa mattress I’ve ever slept on. I could feel every coil. It was in rough shape and needs to be replaced. I told the staff when they asked how my stay was. I would stay there again but would not pay extra for the same type of room. Staff kept the coffee pots filled and...
