”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the room wasn't very soundproof. You could hear people walking and talking by.”

”I was happy with the motel and the staff. However, I chose this place over others because it openly said "Close to downtown" when in fact it is miles away. Other motels I passed over were on the same street. This is misleading and even unethical and moreover it must be a pain for the hotel clerk to have to answer for it to disappointed customers.”

”The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and ENORMOUS. The hotel came with free breakfast which was delightful. Only negative is that the best was not the most comfortable.”

”The staff was excellent . The rooms television and remote wasn’t working properly and they didn’t have anyone to fix it . They had a fire hazard a power strip . The grounds were in horrible shape and there was a distinct smell of crank and marijuana lingering during our whole stay . The water pretty much stayed cold .”

”The location was great as it was halfway between my home in MA and my vacation destination in Hilton Head Island SC. I was also traveling with my dog. I stayed on the way to HHI and then on the way back to MA. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations for dogs was ideal, with a large grassy area in the back of the motel for bio breaks. I had a superior non smoking room on the way down, and a standard non smoking room on the way back. Both rooms were large, clean, and comfortable,...

”Overall quite a good experience and would definitely go back. Weather was unfortunately not cooperating as it was torrential downpours the first day of a two day visit, and the next was scorching hot. Was hoping for a more memorable exp for my two year old birthday weekend, but that's no fault if the place, just the circumstances. Cell reception is ehh, and wifi kept going in and out, which didn't bother us too much except for the times we were stuck inside. Otherwise lots of things to do in the...

”For check in they send you an email with the code to the entrance door and your room. Be on the look out for that. Parking is tricky. There is a public parking lot behind the the property that allows three hour parking during the weekday, unlimited during the weekend. Rooms are chic, well maintained, clean. Lots of shopping and fantastic restaurants in walking distance.”

”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”
