Palatsit – Ella

”Best place in Ella. The Location was good close to everything. The room was clean and nice. When you arrive you will Be offered tea and cake. The owner was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place for everyone”

”Good Hospitality”

”The view is supreme. The room is very clean and quite well-appointed for the class of hotel. The location is very near to town just up the way to its hilltop perch. A good walk or short tuk tuk ride . The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was good. I had reason to contact the manager and he responded quickly to sort out my issue. I highly recommend Mountjoy Ella.”

”Beautiful views.”

”Hotellille on helppo mennä. Tervetuliaisjuomana oli hyvin poikkeuksellisesti pieni suolainen keitto joka oli todella hyvää. Hotelli sijaitsee upealla paikalla, mahtavat näkymät yli vuorien. Huone oli siisti ja reilun kokoinen. Aamupala oli riittävä.”

”Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t...

”The room was excellent. Had everything I needed. Only thing I would add is an additional plug socket to the room. Melani was phenomenal from the start and throughout, she went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was made fresh every morning and Melani checked what I wanted and even accommodated things like getting low fat options, which she didn’t need to do. The star of this hotel besides the staff is the view from the balcony! Looking out onto Ella was lovely,...

”We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Nine Arch Bridge and jungle was so beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, too! The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the main road to the accommodation was especially appreciated given the steep and narrow road. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily recommend!”

”Very nice to stay! Highly recommend.”

”A true a hidden gem when it comes to the view of the mountains!! The rooms were nothing special as expected but we booked the hotel just for the view. The staff at hotel are super friendly and the breakfast was really good.”

”a lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff & good breakfast”
