The house was very nice, and the out-of-town location made it incredibly quiet and relaxing. Even with a full group of 12, the place felt spacious and never crowded. The location was also super convenient—right near the snowmobile rental company, which was a big plus. We especially loved unwinding in the hot tub after riding all day! 🎉

Everything was as expected, except for the view - fall colors exceeded expectations! Only thing was that Google maps couldn't get us to the house. Fortunately, a friendly "local" saw us and quickly pointed us in the right direction. Thanks for a fun long weekend!

I enjoyed my stay here, the view in the back is gorgeous during winter time. The hot tub was a hit, it was close the home for easy access. I like that is in a woodsy area but not too secluded. very nice home.

Family getaway

The property was fantastic! Beautiful views to sit and drink coffee on the patio. Enjoyed making S'mores after a soak in the hot tub. Other nights spent playing family games. Local pool was a great day of fun! Only negative is the loud construction crew next door started at 7am. I room could have used an A/C unit or fan, all other rooms had them.

Amazing family setting

Loved the three levels of the house…kids in the loft, downstairs game room/spa, and open main level with big deck. Great mountain view and away from the village below. Close to activity pool center and the lake beach. Great activities at Nelson Farm nearby. Fun playground and bike pump park to explore. Bring bike helmets with you.

The house is well-appointed with plenty of space—great for families or group gatherings.My only critique is the cleanliness—although everything was in place, a more thorough cleaning is needed. We found items left in drawers and under the upstairs couch cushions.

Christmas in July

We enjoyed our annual Christmas in July trip! GPS gave us a little trouble at first but it all worked out. We felt we had plenty of room for all us. The small side bedroom was too warm and we did not see the 5 split AC units that property managers mentioned. I lived that there was plenty of room for garbage and we didn’t have to take it with us as we have in the past. Overall a great stay!!

The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable.There were many hang-out areas to spread out. The kids loved the upstairs loft Pac Man machine and all the fun games they found up there. We really enjoyed the open kitchen family area. Downstairs there was another hang out area with a Foosball machine and large comfortable couch. The outdoor hot tub was great to have at the home. We also enjoyed going to the community pool. It was never overcrowded and was a fun place we visited almost daily.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time staying at Vista Ridge. As always, a great experience! Our last trip we encountered a wind storm and an extended power outage, which was unique and provided some challenges, but nothing but cold clear skies and gorgeous views this time around. Would highly recommend the property to others. The only detraction, which is not really anything the property owner can control, was excessively loud music/partying very late into the night (2-3 am) at the neighbor just uphill for the second trip in a row. Other than that the amenities were great, the view is great and overall just a very nice home to spend quality time with family in.

Great Weekend Retreat!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house so that my extended family could spend a weekend celebrating my dad's 77th birthday. There was room for everyone, from twin beds in the loft to bunks and trundles in the basement. More entertainment than we could've used in 3 days because it's set for indoor and outdoor enjoyment, like the gas and wood firepit, corn hole, horseshoes, TV's, fooseball, PacMan, video games and puzzles. We also unexpectedly discovered that we could ride our dirt bike and CanAm from the front door without hauling them elsewhere to ride. The sunset is MAGNIFICENT from the deck! The house had everything and more than we expected. We'll be back for sure!

Pros:1. Customer Service. They were proactive, often anticipating my questions and responded quickly when I sent messages. Excellent recommendations for things to do and places to go in the area, i.e. Activity Center & Rafting.2. The view from the balcony, kitchen and living room. Just amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which had toddler proof railing.3. The house itself was very good. Clean and lots of room.4. Even though there was/is a burn ban and we couldn't use the wooden fire pit, there is a gas fire pit so we could still do S'mores.Cons:1. The weather/temperature. Uncharacteristic cool weather for August (low to mid 60s). Luckily, there were plenty of blankets, which we used on the balcony. AND we still went rafting, although we stayed out of the water.2. Lake Cle Elum was a disappointment. The water is very low and the wind picks up in the afternoon.Overall, we would stay here or nearby again. This is our 4th trip to the area, because it's a lovely area and I would rent again from this group based upon their exceptional customer service.

Beautiful and Excellent Management,But Not Ideal for Larger Group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this cabin overall. The property was extremely clean, and the location and views were absolutely beautiful. The management company was very responsible and responsive — no matter what time of day we reached out with questions, they replied quickly and were very helpful.That said, I would not recommend this cabin for a group of 12 people. While there are technically enough sleeping spaces, the main floor seating area only has couches for about five people, and the indoor living space does not comfortably accommodate a group of that size.The kitchen supplies were also quite limited. There were not enough spoons for 12 adults, and we were fortunate that we had brought disposable plates and utensils with us. For two floors, there is only one shared bathroom in the main living area, and the second bathroom is located inside the master bedroom. This means everyone either needs to use the main bathroom or go downstairs. Additionally, for 12 people staying four days, only two rolls of paper towels were provided, which did not feel sufficient.Overall, we left after three nights with great memories and truly enjoyed our stay. However, if the points above are important to you, I would recommend coming prepared.
