Featuring KitchenAid appliances, including a microwave and oven, a Sub-Zero fridge, and Stainless Steel and cast iron pots and pans, it has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. Explore loads of spices and almost any small appliance you could ask for, making it easy to cook breakfast, dinner, or a celebratory feast for your crew.

King Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed, spa-style bathroom with soaking tub, and balcony with sweeping river views. Includes in-room coffee & tea service.

🐚 Manatee Room & 🕊 Heron Hideaway Queen bed and King bed
Located on the opposite side of the house, these rooms can be closed off for privacy and share a large, beautifully appointed bathroom — perfect for families or friends.

🦅 Osprey Loft Queen bed
3rd-floor loft with windows on three sides and panoramic river views — ideal for sunrise or evening cocktails.

All bedrooms are upstairs; no main-floor bedrooms.

Extras & Essentials

The Pink Flamingo River House is stocked with beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and golf clubs, so you’re ready for a day on the sand or river. Smart TVs are available in the main rooms, with Firesticks in the others. Four central AC unitskeep the entire home comfortable, and the pool area has safety alarms with quiet hours observed after 11 PM.

Whether you’re here for beach days, river adventures, cooking gourmet meals, or floating in the pool, the Pink Flamingo River House offers a tropical, serene setting that promises memorable moments for friends, families, and anyone ready to unwind in style.

• 🔐 Surveillance: Exterior cameras (front, sides, entry points only)

📅 Cancellation Policy (Summary)

• ✅ 100% refund for cancellations 30+ days before arrival
• ❌ No refunds for weather, red tide, beach conditions, or other issues beyond owner control
• 📧 Cancellations must be in writing via your booking platform or email (no texts or calls)

🚫 Not a Party House

Please respect the home, the neighbors, and the rules. If you're looking for a loud party space, this is not the home for you. Violating guest limits or noise rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
