Four calls to the front desk and 6 hours later after check-in i finally got a couple of towels with attitude. Shower curtain was gross. Probably weeks since it was changed. No shampoo. Two holders for toilet paper. Only half a roll on one and the other was empty. Garbage cans had no liners and had debris in them. Definitely not with any amount of money. I have stayed at many...

”The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

”There was trash and garbage in the hallway near my room. I informed the front desk attendant and he said that he would make sure that it was removed. It was still there the next morning. The front desk was unattended in the morning when I was checking out. There was a sign on the wall that provided a number to call if you needed assistance. I called the number but it was not operational. There were no instructions provided how to check out when there was no attendant. I just left the room keys...

”My daughter and I were in town for UB orientation, and I changed our reservation last minute to The Richardson because I wanted to be close to Elmwood neighborhood and Shakespeare in the Park. We were able to walk to both, and The Richardson is such an interesting building and has beautiful grounds. We had a king bed, and it was wonderful and very comfortable, great bedding, clean bathroom. We didn't eat at the hotel, and I wish I had a little more time to explore. The staff was kind and...
