The Space:

Riverfront Living

Your private stretch of river is the heart of this property. Swim or wade right off the bank, bring a tube and float from one end of the property to the other, or settle into the riverside swing chair and hammock and just listen to the water. Anglers will love access to a stretch known for prized trophy trout. In the evenings, gather at the large fire pit by the river under the stars. Deer regularly graze and wander through the property, so keep a camera handy.



Outdoor Living, Elevated

The showpiece is a brand new 25' x 36' elevated deck, built around the existing trees for a one of a kind treehouse effect with breathtaking views over the river. From there, relax in the brand new luxury hot tub with LED lighting and water features, or unwind in the barrel sauna. Fire up the 28" Blackstone gas griddle for a group breakfast, and take your pick of multiple outdoor dining tables, seating areas, and screened in deck porches for shade and bug free relaxing while watching the river.



Game Room & Entertainment

Kids and adults alike will love the dedicated game room, stocked with a Fast and Furious style racing arcade game, 2 player Mortal Kombat, a light up basketball arcade game, and foosball, plus a large selfie wall for photos and a cozy couch and smart TV for downtime. Inside the main home, a 2 player Pac-Man cabinet and a rotating assortment of other two player arcade games keep the fun going. There's also a full assortment of board games, books, and toys for the kids.



Comfortable, Connected Spaces

Smart TVs are placed throughout the property, and fast fiber internet keeps everyone connected. If you need to get a little work done during vacation, two separate desks with extra monitors are ready to go, so nobody has to fight over a single workspace.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home and expansive private outdoor area including 300 feet of riverfront. The private gated community is accessed through a keypad controlled gate. The gate and door codes are sent with the arrival instructions.



The Neighborhood:

Set within a private gated community, you'll have the peace and privacy of the mountains while staying just 8.5 miles from downtown Ellijay, with easy access to some of North Georgia's best waterfalls, hiking trails, and the wider Blue Ridge Mountains.



Other Things to Note:

Easy to Reach, Hard to Leave

Despite the mountain setting, the property is easily accessible by any vehicle via paved roads all the way to the large gravel driveway, no four wheel drive required.



House Rules

Parking

• Parking is only allowed in the driveway and/or garage area.

• Do not park on the road, in grassy areas, or along easements.



Trash & Refuse

• Trash collection: Trash is collected at the conclusion of each stay from our cleaning team. If trash does not fit in the metal storage bin outside on the driveway, please notify our team and we will visit to collect all trash.

• All trash must be secured in containers and not left in public view or along the roadway.



Prohibited Conduct

• No disorderly conduct, excessive noise, or public disturbances. No trespassing on neighboring properties. Property lines are marked with no trespassing signs.

• No discharge of firearms, lighting of fireworks, or uncontained fires. No parties or events.



Occupancy

• Maximum Occupancy: 10

• Do not exceed the posted occupancy at any time.



Internet & Communication

• Fast high speed fiber WIFI is available



Leave No Trace

• Please clean up after yourself.

• Do not leave trash, cigarette butts, or personal belongings outdoors.



High Fire Danger / Burn Ban

• Burn bans may be in effect. Violations may result in fines.

• Check signage or local alerts before starting any fire.



Fire Pit Safety

• Never leave a fire unattended. Someone should be watching it at all times while it's lit to ensure it remains under control.

• When you're finished for the night, use the bucket next to the fire pit to fully extinguish the fire with water. Douse it completely, stir the ashes, and douse again until everything is cool with no smoke or hissing.



Outdoor Lighting

• Part of what makes Riverstone Reserve special is the dark, star filled sky and quiet of the woods at night. Please help this ambiance and respect the neighbors.

• Please turn off all outdoor lights, including floodlights and string lights, when not in use or before bed, to help preserve that experience for you, your neighbors, and the wildlife along the river.



• No smoking inside the home.

• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or safety signage.



Pets:

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs to our cabin! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review the following:

Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.

Maximum weight limit of 50 pounds per dog

Dogs must be house-trained and at least 1 year old.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds (or use your own covers).

Pets must be crated if left unattended in the cabin.

Clean up all pet waste indoors and outdoors.

Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.
