Olemme innoissamme tarjoamaan Rockin-joen, kauniin 5 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpy-hytin, joka voi nukkua jopa 12 vierasta! Tämä mökki on aivan Mountaintown Creek, joka on tunnettu vakavista taimen kalastajien yksi parhaista taimen puroihin Pohjois-Georgia. Virran kiireiset vedet antavat rauhan tunteen monille, jotka tulevat tänne. Olitpa tullut kokeilemaan kättäsi pienellä perhokalastuksella tai olet täällä vain rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan tämän alueen kauneudesta, Rockin-joki ei tuota. Kaasutakka luo tunnelmaa ja lämpöä viileässä talvessa. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on runsaasti tilaa luoda hyviä aterioita ja suuri ruokapöytä sekä aamiaisbaari tarjoavat runsaasti istumapaikkoja kaikille, jotka voivat nauttia aterian yhdessä.
Tilava parvi on loistava paikka liukua pois hyvän kirjan ja tarjoaa myös lisää nukkumassa kuningatar vuodesohva. Kuninkaan päällikkö sijaitsee päätasolla ja on oma yksityinen seulottu katettu kuisti näkymät joelle, erinomainen paikka nauttia ensimmäisestä kupillisesta aamukahveli. Wonderful spacious cabin on the river. We enjoyed everything about the stay. The large ice balls the freezer made became a favorite obsession. Very clean and roomy!

Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this great location right on the river! The house had everything we needed, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub. We can't wait to return in the summer to go tubing and swimming in the river. I also liked walking along the trail that follows the river, where there are some really impressive houses. The only issue we encountered was with the outdoor fireplace near the grill; we had planned to have a fire while grilling, but it wasn't working. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house!

The cabin and location on the river was great. Weather was pretty warm on Saturday & 3 got in the river. The hot tub was enjoyed by several. The kitchen was fully equipped and sleeping arrangements good. Gate attendant was not good. Kept changing requirements for entry.

Rockin River in Ellijay

Everything was wonderful EXCEPT there's definitely a need for more exterior lighting. Steep front steps need to be lit better, rear corner of the house needs a floodlight because the footing is precarious. Need a working light on the porch where the grill is located. We had to use a miner's light to grill burgers. That said, there were plenty of towels, the house was very clean and comfy. We really wished the outside fireplace on the side porch had been operational...the weather was perfect for it. All in all a wonderful place to stay! Definitely would recommend.

Family fun weey

Our family of 10 so enjoyed the beautiful home on the river. Our grandsons loved the creek,pool and ping pong tables. The house was a perfect fit for us all,I think the hot tub helped with that also! Walking to the park and visiting downtown Blue Ridge was lovely too.

Great But...

So many things right about this cabin. Location is great, it's large, the view of the stream is spot on. The kitchen supplies, plates, bowls, pots etc is lacking but, (and it's a big BUT) by far the main issue is there is a family of squirrels or raccoons that live in the attic. It's like a scene out of a horror movie. It kept everyone sleeping upstairs awake all night. You could hear their claws as they ran non-stop. I read this was a problem in previous reviews but thought surely it was fixed. I should have asked before I booked and because I didn't ask, I didn't ask for any kind of refund.

Sweet Christmas Getaway

We had a lovely Christmas getaway at the cabin. We love the gated community and being right on the river was so peaceful. We will definitely be back … in the summer so we can get in the river!

Cabin on the River was relaxing. Nice quiet place for the family to hangout. The accommodations were spot on. Plenty of room ❤️ We enjoyed fishing, tubing and hanging out at the fire pit. Highly recommend! We will be back.

great location

The location is great. The post is misleading. We looking for a place with a hot tub which is clearly pictured, this was not functional and upon re-review of the listing was not mentioned so again, misleading. Pool table is completely unusable as well. Basement heater was malfunctioning and clearly leaked gas as not all of the burners would light, so also unusable. I would say over all has the potential to be a nice place, but needs basic up keep

Nice but needs some attention to details

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and relaxing. The setting was beautiful. The house is very spacious. Loft area is especially nice. Maybe a nice tv on that level would be a good idea. We were amazed at the abundance of wildlife…. Turkeys and herds of deer. The bedding was terrible. Sheets were thread bare. Blankets did not fit the beds. Downstairs (terrace level) needs some attention… the rug in the bedroom is disgusting. It appears that there are pet stains on it. It really should be replaced or at least you could do is clean it. The upstairs bedrooms have no curtains on the windows. It wouldn’t be too much of an issue if the houses were a little further apart. Kitchen faucet barely trickles water. Everywhere else in the house water pressure is decent. We did have a leak in the downstairs bath. and reported it was promptly repaired. Overall we would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars. If the issues were addressed definitely a 5 star stay.

Beautiful view

Cabin was beautiful and very spacious. AC was not working properly when we arrived but property manager had the repair man at the house extremely quickly and had the AC fixed. The home had beautiful views of the creek. The boys had a great time playing in the creek. We were not used to all the hills and the steep driveway but got used to it through our stay. Would highly recommend!

Awesome cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was perfect for us. The creek was great and enjoyed the fire pit. We looked at lots of cabins but chose this one because of the bedrooms and the pool table. Previous renters in the weeks before us stated that the pool table was unusable so I messaged the manager to check on the table and they assured me that it was fixed. Well it was not fixed and you could not play a game on it at all. I was very upset especially since that was one of the main things we wanted in a cabin and I had specifically ask if it was repaired and they said yes. Also if you read through the reviews it states they are putting another fridge in the downstairs but there was no fridge there. So if you are expecting a second fridge there is not one.

You get used to the Hills

Cabin on the River is Perfect! We caught a lot of fish and ate them fresh From the river! The drive to the cabin driveway is a little steep but you get used to the Hills. (Maybe not great for older vehicles). We choose this property over another for the Pool Table and the pool table was not really usable (felt falling off rails and balls roll to one side). But the River access made up for it!

Good river front location, steep driveway. We loved the grill & fire pit area, college kids loved swimming in the river. Pool table was not useable and cleanliness missed a prior guest item but overall a relaxing stay!

Nice but.....

This was a large cabin that fit all 10 of us well. My main problem was that it was run by a larger company and lacked any personal touch or welcomness to it. Normally, we stay in privately owned cabins that have a homey feel to them and this was anything but. Minimum furniture and kitchen supplies, 1 extra roll of toilet paper in all the bathrooms for a week booking, no coffee filters or coffee pods for your first morning there (this one seems petty, but I've always had a little goody basket ready in previous stays especially with coffee filters as they've always had a stock in the cabinets), and overall just a lack luster feel to the cabin. We had to have maintenance come out to replace an outdoor lightbulb and address the 3 doors that didn't fully close as well as a 2 burners on the stove not igniting. The downstairs heater was not igniting properly and we were told to not turn it back on again during our stay. The maintenance and management were very helpful, but it felt like we were staying in a hotel room rather than a cabin. I don't think I'd stay there again, but this is a personal opinion. It just didn't feel like I was staying at a "home away from home."

Solid cabin

Great cabin for family. We enjoyed fishing and the pool table. Kitchen is good enough. Keurig and coffee maker. Couch needs to be fixed or replaced. Indoor pool requires a pass and we didn’t have one in the stated spot. They wouldn’t let us in. Fire pit is nice. Bring wood to burn. Bed rooms and baths are solid. Thank you!
