”Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...

”This was truly our best trip yet. We go to the lake every year after school gets out to reset because we are both teachers. Archies cottage was truly perfect. It had everything we could have possibly needed. The cottage was so clean and check in was a breeze. We loved the pool table and darts…we had lots of fun hanging out in the evening playing games and chilling on the dock. During the day the fishing was great and we went swimming and floated on our raft for hours. We will be returning as...

”The inside of the property was very clean, there was a snack basket which was awesome. The only issue with the property was the outside lots of trash in and around the building. I would stay there again if we do anymore festivals in Orangeburg. Overall good place just need some outside cosmetic work.”
