”We really enjoyed the stay except for the insane way they designed the combined closet door / bathroom door. If you are in the closet when someone opens the bathroom door from inside the bathroom prepare to get hit. I still have a black and blue mark from that happening. While I would be happy to stay in the hotel again I would NOT stay in a room with that combined closet / bathroom door. On a positive note, the staff is EXCELLENT. ”

”Where do i begin? I grew up in Rapid City and went to Canyon Lake park frequently as a child. Now after moving away, and having not being able to stay with family, we needed a new place to gather. What an amazing facility the resort is! They have everything you need for a largebor small gathering. The availability of the lodge, or cabins was perfect for a reunion/95th birthday party for 40 people! I cannot recommend Canyon Lake resort enough!”

”I didn’t know what to expect when I reserved the room since I’ve never had to stay in a hotel while in Rapid City. My uncle recently passed away, so I came to Rapid City for a quick visit with my aunt. I didn’t want to overwhelm her, so I got a hotel room. The Foothills Inn has an incredibly homey feel. It has a great location, while it’s incredibly quiet.”
