”My husband and I love this hotel! We would definitely book again! Staff is very very helpful and friendly. We had to extend our stay due to a storm and because the night lights festival was rescheduled to the next day and the hotel was kind enough to help us. We also checked out at 2am because we had to get a bus back home but unfortunately the bus company cancelled and we had no where else to go and the hotel was kind enough to give us back the same room we had. The breakfast was very delicious...

”Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. Great breakfast. Staff was exceptional. We had car problems and broke down. The manager Linda was fabulous she was very helpful and offered to help us out with transportation. We will be staying here again. Close to Green Dragon and antique shops.”

”Room was comfortable but seemed to be a lil outdated. Apparently they said they have been renovating. The ice machines on 3 of the floors didnt work. $300/night seemed a little bit pricey for a mediocre hotel.”

”I have stayed at this property before in the past(2025). They are currently putting a huge addition on, so I get that there’s a lot of dust. But the tops of all the furniture were covered in dust. Clearly the housekeepers didn’t wipe anything down! Not to mention there wasn’t any parking. I hope that next year 2027, they are cleaner. I like the location from spooky nook.”

”I spent the night from Saturday to Sunday, with some animals biting me at night, and when I lifted my arm all bitten by an animal that ended up in the cochao, I have two daughters and that was horrible, they asked to leave the same day, I will never return to this hotel...”

”I called to confirm our stay the day before our reservation. The woman who I spoke with said check in was at 4:00, but the rooms were usually ready early. I had reserved 4 rooms because I was traveling with several of my adult children. This hotel has a two story annex within walking distance of the main hotel, and that’s where our rooms were I attempted to check in early and two of the four rooms were ready. We all used the two rooms to relax a bit and at 4:00 I walked back to the main hotel...

”This was our first stay and will not be our last. We stayed in the Miller Suite and it felt like stepping into home. From Tim at reception until we closed the door leaving, we were more than satisfied w the room and service. Love supporting local owners rather than the big box hotel chains”

”The room was clean and it was convenient since our air conditioner had stopped working. However, my room was right across from the laundry and many of the staff were lingering in the doorway of the laundry area and talking loudly early in the morning. The young man at the front desk also was difficult to communicate with upon checking in.”
