”The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

”Friendly front desk. The room had mold in the shower and a blood stain on the pillowcase. Nice to have a microwave and a mini fridge. Breakfast was great- lots of options- and the room was very cute, or you could bring it back to your room. ”

”Absolutely the worst smelling and gross place! Couldn’t even stay the night and had to book somewhere else.”

”This place was so bad we left and drove 45 minutes to stay with an ex boyfriend instead. Didn't even have a bathroom in our room and the shared bathroom in the hall was one of the worst bathrooms I've ever seen. Shower would barely even be acceptable for a cheap campground.”

”What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it.”

”Unique building with all the essentials”

”Our room door opened to the porch, and beyond that the beach. Clean room, the indoor pool was clean and nice for the kids when the water's still too cold in the ocean. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. Parking could be tight in busy season but we went before that, mid-week, and it was mostly empty. Front desk was very polite.”

”The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

”Family ownwd and ran, grayed welcoming and diverse environment. Very humble people,,eager to make your stay a good stay. Doesn't hesitate to help. Staffed 24hrs, breakfest is the fullest, even have competes, waffles, sauce age, yogurt, fruit cups, the freshest softest muffins, croissants and so much more period that workout plays a swimming pool.It's very late back in the cut.I really enjoy my stay here and have yet to leave period i've endured a house fire.So i'm home with that the time, and...
