”The condo was much smaller than expected. Once the couch was folded out for a bed and the queen Murphy bed put down there wasn't room to walk or for luggage. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool and deck were nice. Parking was easy and yhey had onsite sevurity.”

”Home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very bright and airy. The weather stripping around the front door is coming off, so daylight and a little breeze come through near the top, and it also makes the door hard to shut when trying to lock. Other than that and not having hand soap in the bathrooms on arrival, it was perfect. ”

”This rental had everything that we needed for our trip. Rooms were huge and clean. There are 2 sets of stairs (up to the front door and up to the sleeping quarters). I would like to point out that this particular unit is the first house off Perdido Beach Blvd, which is the main street in orange beach with non-stop traffic going at 45mph at all hours of the day, which interrupted our sleep at night. But I will admit this was our mistake to not research about the area prior to booking. ”

”The house was great had everything we needed except the ice maker didn’t work. Reported and was told a service person would come but not repaired while we were there. We were there for a month. Everything else was good. ”

”This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. ”

”The house was cute from the outside and nicely decorated. The inside was not clean at all! The trim was dirty and full of dust. Walls and light switches were dirty. The cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms had stuff splattered all over them. A few of the dishes in the cupboard were crusty. The upstairs shower curtain was stained along the entire bottom, a foot from the floor. They had touched up the paint in the lower bathroom with a completely different color.
