”Our stay was wonderful with the exception of the pool being closed for renovations. This was not something that I saw when i booked 2 months ago but we would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was closed. ”

”The room was fine. My poor rating is the result of my interaction with the staff when checking in. I lost my temper, swore and walked about ten yards away, at which point I was told that the place employed security and I could be removed from the property. I was not threatening, and there was no recognition on the part of the staff that the hotel’s stance was unreasonable. I later saw online that the same issue has happened many times over the years, and that means that IHG can’t bring itself to...

”Im sure this isn't indicative of a normal stay at this hotel. with that said, on this particular night, the fire alarm went off 2x in room and hotel several hrs apart overnight. the sound was excruciating and it took forer, 15 to 25 minutes , if not longer, for the overnight staff to turn off which made for a horrible rest and my ears are still ringing 12 hrs later”
