”Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms.
My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room.”

”For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) ”

”Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. ”
