”I paid for four nights at this place but left after staying only two. There is something "ghostly" wrong about this place. Taps and showers running when no one else is around, "kids" running up and down the stairs but no footsteps when they get to the second floor. Everything else is fine but be prepared for some weird events. ”

”The kids enjoyed the pool very much and I appreciated the laundry room to dry their clothes. All the staff was exceedingly friendly and polite. Very pleasant stay.”

”Once again, my favourite place in Ottawa. Service is always excellent, rooms are comfortable. Location insuperable. Then only issue is that they require a system that identifies repeat clients. Would be a lovely addition if you welcome back frequent guests.”

”The staff who checked me in was professional and amazing. She gave us a beautiful room with a view to celebrate my parent's anniversary. She made sure to make us feel comfortable and special. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was speedy with no issues. The lamp lights did not turn on...perhaps the light bulbs were out? We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. Thank you!”

”Overall, the stay was decent, but for the price, the Executive Class King room was not nearly as extravagant as expected. The room itself was also smaller than anticipated. The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and hot tub area were also very dated and smaller than expected. The restaurant was disappointing as well — overpriced for the portion sizes served. Another downside was how thin the windows seemed to...
