”The hotel was located close to the metro. We were able to easily take the metro from the Ronald Reagan Airport to the hotel. This was my first time in DC and I found it relatively simple to get around.
The hotel staff were friendly, polite and professional. Checking in and out was seamless and quick. The entire hotel was very clean and updated. It felt fresh and modern.

”I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent price, right downtown, and the rooms are beautiful— basically a full apartment with kitchen. The staff, especially Cheyla, went out of her way to help us and made sure our stay was perfect.
The room was secluded with a HUGE terrace — we honestly forgot we were in a hotel. We didn’t want to leave! ”

"Positive things first: location is great (near metro and whole foods, walking distance to Georgetown, DuPont circle etc.), the room was big and had a real kitchen. Some of the staff members were super nice and helpful and some were not. But the room was not only really outdated but partially almost falling apart. And the cleaning was also so and so or then the room was just so worn-out that it just looked dirty no matter how much cleaning was done. Not going back before major renovations. "
