”Staff member who checked me in was rude and abrupt and could do with some training on customer service. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay at The Avenue. The apartment was well equipped and lovely and quiet. The location is great with an easy walk into the city or nearby restaurants in Braddon. Would definitely consider staying there again ”

”Its a beautiful hotel.
The 1 bedroom suite was spacious.
Staff at the front desk were lovely, especially Ash (i meed to mention her).
I think breakfast options at Ostani were limited (in particular, snack options).
The room was clean on entry. But the cleaning during our stay was a bit careless. The bed was poorly .made and bathroom items carlessly placed. These little things matter ”

Perfect apartment room with super comfortable coutch suitable for separate sleeping if your unable to share a bed with partner due to snoring

”The manager on duty was excellent. The property is great. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows they had. They were either too high or low and very hard. Those are the only 2 options they had. Other than that everything was amazing. ”

”I loved this hotel. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was spacious and stylish. Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would love to have stayed longer. Restaurant was excellent. Food was delicious and staff were very efficient and accommodating.”
