This rental was the perfect way to end our visit to Yellowstone! We stayed for 3 nights and could not have been more pleased. The views and accommodations were beautiful. The kitchen lacked nothing and having the washer and dryer was so nice. When we visit again, we will stay here the entire visit.

Great place near Yellowstone

We loved staying here. They thought of everything you could need while on vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property! We have stayed in the Emigrant area multiple times and the property is the best for location to the park! The hosts were so accommodating and made everything very easy! We would stay again for sure!

Excellent as Always

This was our fourth time staying here and it feels like home every time. It has everything you could want in a stay and has the best view of the valley. We are already looking forward to our next stay here!

My wife and I would like to genuinely thank you for a wonderful stay at the property and in this beautiful area of Montana. We are so grateful for the way you made us feel very welcome from the start having come so far from home. It is evident how much you care about taking care of guests & it means the world to us. After waiting almost our entire adult lives to see this valley, N, E, S & W of Yellowstone and all of this area’s natural beauty, it is even more special to us now. We spent our time exploring every road and trail, hotspot, and all the attractions we possibly could. We saw a few black bear, a few grizzlies, elk, antelope, deer & plentiful bison and all types of other animals and birds. This is truly one of the most spectacular places on earth & we wish we could never leave. I also got to fulfill my dream of fly casting the Yellowstone.We genuinely hope to come back and stay with you guys again in the near future. This is a wonderful place. Again, our gratitude for everything. Thank You

This is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable guesthouse, and we were very, very happy here. The vistas are stunning, whether viewed outside from the large deck or inside, from the many large windows framing views in every direction. The guesthouse is very spacious -- far more so than we realized from the photos. We easily cooked all our meals in the exceptionally well-equipped and supplied kitchen, where it was a pleasure to find everything impeccably clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable sitting areas, comfortable bed, windows all screened and that opened easily, providing wonderful ventilation (as well as very responsive heating units, and an A/C unit in the bedroom). Artwork on the walls that we found captivating. And kind, caring, hosts! Truly, everything about this place was top-notch. After five wonderful days, we left with regret, and with plans to return.

Great Place to Stay

My wife and I enjoyed staying at ER's property. We would stay there again if we make back to Yellowstone in the next few years. The property was well kept and the furnished with just about anything you might need. I am glad our friends suggested staying with them.

Amazing property and views!

We really enjoyed our stay in Emigrant at a view with a room! ER and RuthAnn were amazing hosts and had lots of suggestions for local activities. We will definitely be back!

The Best Owners EVER!

This little piece of heaven was perfect for my and my husband's honeymoon. It was beautiful, easy to get too, but most of all RuthAnn and ER are the best couple to work with. They helped us out more than words can express. We will forever be greatful and hope to get to return one day!

Paradise valley

Had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. Perfect Location- 30 Minute drive to Yellowstone. Very clean! property had several details included that made it extra special- like bear spray for use and coffee/water available. The host provided what we needed and much more. Would highly recommend staying here!

PERFECT!!

My girlfriend and I had the best time at ER and Ruth's place. The location was 30 min from yellowstone, 15 min to Chico hot springs and Yellowstone hot springs. The cleanliness of the place was top notch,host was also top notch. Absolutely loved it!

Breathtaking view

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. ER and Ruthann are wonderful caring folks who want to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Property was spotless and very comfy. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The views from the deck are stunning and brings such a peaceful relaxed feeling.They truly have thought of everything to make your stay great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Paradise Valley Dream Home

As someone who has stayed in the valley for many years, ER & Ruth Ann’s property is a hidden gem in Paradise Valley. The views from the wrap around porch were absolutely insane, and their home offered everything (and more) we could’ve asked for, such as extra water bottles, laundry needs, bear spray, etc. The home is tidy, very clean and made our stay even more enjoyable. Book it, and take advantage of the Chico Hot Springs!

Kelly and I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but this home hosted by ER and RuthAnn exceeded every expectation we had. Without question, it is the best-appointed peer-to-peer rental we have ever stayed in.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. We kept expecting to find something we wished we had brought from home, but it never happened. As someone who enjoys cooking and has a well-stocked kitchen at home, I was especially impressed. The kitchen had everything imaginable, from quality cookware and sharp knives to every utensil and small appliance we could have needed. It truly felt like cooking in our own home.The sweeping views of Paradise Valley are breathtaking and create the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The location is ideal, with outstanding hiking for every skill level just minutes away and Yellowstone National Park only about 30 minutes from the property.Livingston is an easy 25-minute drive for groceries, restaurants, and craft breweries. Chico Hot Springs is only 10 to 15 minutes away and offers excellent fine dining, a classic Montana saloon, and great food.ER and RuthAnn have created an exceptional home that is warm, welcoming, impeccably maintained, and equipped far beyond what we've come to expect from a vacation rental. We left already talking about our next trip back, and we will absolutely stay here again. We give this property our highest recommendation.

Stay in the Yellowstone area

This is a beautiful place to stay. The place is very clean and contained everything we needed to cook meals. There was even free bottled water and other extras for visitors. The views from the windows and balcony are spectacular. In the evenings we could often see wildlife. We found it to be an easy half hour drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone. We would certainly consider staying there again if we were in the area.
