”Everything was wonderful - friendly helpful staff and great breakfast - the only downside was we unfortunately weren't able to use the pool due to a broken heater it was a cool 68° and too cold to enjoy. Other than that, great 1-night stay!”

”My husband and I have booked many VRBO properties over the years and Zabrina was the BEST hostess of all the properties we have ever visited. Her attention to every detail of the property definitely made our stay the most enjoyable. She told us she just wants to offer a place for people to come and relax and have nothing to worry about. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay you must give this property a chance. We will be visiting again soon...as long as it isn't all booked.”

”Beautiful little cabin. Quiet and serene, peaceful location. Was busy with family in nearby towns. Wish I would have had more time to "veg" out at the cabin. Perfect get-a-way, take a good book and a bottle of wine. ”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

”A poor excuse for a hotel. The shower and the bathroom sink didn’t work well, the shower curtain was filthy, and the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. There was only one available outlet in the room, and one of the inputs was too loose to hold a plug. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and almost impossible to lock, and the curtain barely reached across the window/door. The staff was practically nonexistent. There were not enough towels, no coffee maker, and the “breakfast”...

”Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay.”
