”Kuvauksessa luvattiin säädettävä ilmastointi makuuhuoneessa, joka osoittautui tuulettimeksi. Emme olisi buukanneet, jos olisimme tienneet ilmastoinnin puuttuvan. Uima-allas haisi voimakkaasti pesuaineelle ja siivooja siivosi aamupala ääressä pinttyneitä likoja harjalla ja huuhtoi liat uima-altaaseen. Wi-Fi oli luokattoman huono.”

”We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Our kids had fun on their playground and my wife and I enjoyed the views, the hospitality. And the entire experience. The food was outstanding. ”

”The environment, building, views and breakfast are excellent. But a huge problem is that they advertise a room that does not even exist in reality! We booked a 20 m2 Superior room with balcony, hill view and king size bed. What we got was a cramped 11 m2 room with a queen bed, which they sell as ”for single use”. What they said is that none of the 20 m2 superior rooms have a balcony or a hill view (both of which are must-haves in a place like Colle di Val d’Elsa). No refund or other compensation...

”Wow! The property is just amazing! Located on a vineyard, it is in close proximity to everything. (Sienna, San Gimignano, Castelina di Chianti) The appartment was roomy and great for a family of 4. The view is spectacular and the restaurant has great service and food. I recommend without hesitation.”
