”Staff was fine, friendly enough but not overly so. The room was okay, there was only a smart TV where obviously none of the apps worked, and a note to "change the channel" but there were no channels. ”They have no one available to speak to who can give a refund if one has to cancel or even wants to ask about it. Both I and Expedia tried to reach someone but they have no one who responds. Lost two nights stay when at least they should have refunded the second night when I had to cancel due to medical illness. Oh well, they will never see my business again.”

”Room is clean and spacious. However, there is a smell as soon as one entered the room. The smell was not stinking smell but that of human body as if the smell of the previous guest/guests still lingered in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We turned up the AC and then later our sense of smell accustomed to it, so I am not sure if the smell had gone or not.
