As part of your tenancy, all Guests are required to adhere to the following house and neighborhood
rules.

* NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS WHILE IN RESIDENCE.
* No Smoking of any kind inside the Home at any time. Any violation of this policy will result in additional deep cleaning charge of $3,000.00 after checkout.
* Quiet Hours are Between 9:00pm and 8:00am. Regulated by City ordinance, it is imperative that all Guests and their guests, ensure the quiet enjoyment of our neighbors during your stays. Thus, during these “quiet” periods, the tenant agrees to refrain from any and all loud activities at the residence.
* Noise and WIFI Monitoring. Guests are advised that the residence have interior and exterior noise and smoke monitors that monitor and record all noise levels and smoking activity at the residence 24 hours a day.
* Parking – The residence includes 1 Garage parking space and two dedicated/private parking spaces in the driveway for guest/residence while renting the property. Additional public, first come, first use, parking is available along the public street. No parking within the cul de sac/private street is prohibited and could lead to ticketing and/or fines.
