The Space:

Cerca Del Agua is an elegantly styled coastal retreat, just a one-minute walk from the beach and steps from the scenic bike trail that winds toward The Bluff, offering some of the region’s best walking and hiking opportunities. Designed with families in mind, the home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests across three bedrooms, featuring a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and a double with a single bunk above in the third.



The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with two TVs for entertainment and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing family meals. The home includes a large washing machine and a coffee machine to make your stay as convenient as it is relaxing. Outside, a spacious patio invites everyone to gather around the hammock, BBQ, and firepit, ideal for lazy afternoons, evening dinners, or simply enjoying the coastal breeze. This is a single level home, giving easy access to people of all ages.



For active days, the garage is stocked with two bicycles and three kayaks (two adult, one child) along with life jackets, giving guests the flexibility to explore the surrounding trails, beaches, and calm waters. Whether you’re strolling along Franklin Parade, biking to Victor Harbor, paddling in Encounter Bay, or hiking at The Bluff, Cerca Del Agua puts you in the heart of all the action while still offering a peaceful, stylish retreat to come home to.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this is a very strictly non smoking and vaping property both inside and outside. Non compliance with this will result in fines of $250.

No parties, no schoolies.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

Sorry, no young children under the age of 12.

One well behaved non-shedding dog is allowed on holiday with you but please let us know beforehand. A $85 pet fee will be payable.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, which includes a non-refundable $30 payment processing fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
