The property boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with natural light. Step out from the dining area onto the expansive balcony, where you can soak in the magnificent 180-degree views of Encounter Bay.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is well-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (compatible with pods), oven, and stove. It comes stocked with all necessary utensils and some basic kitchen supplies, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

Comfortable and Cozy Living Spaces
The living area features comfortable couches and a TV, perfect for unwinding while enjoying your favorite shows or gazing out at the ocean through the large windows and ducted heating and cooling, this home ensures your stay is comfortable and convenient.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.

Large rooms, great view, possibly too many knickknacks for small children to relocate, but our problem not yours. Would recommend to anyone.
