”Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked. The mattresses were a bit stiff for my liking.
Pool area needed better maintenance. The floors felt slimy when wet. Equipment and lounging furniture was outdated and dirty. The pool water needed cleaning- not clear, remnants of hair floating everywhere, dirty.
The gym was outdated and could’ve been cleaned better.
Inclusive breakfast had a nice variety and was clean.”

”Very calm, nicely priced place. Very rural, so in my big city opinion it’s more like a place to stay the night and relax indoors or on the little porch/balcony area. Staff is prompt and communicative. Right by the highway. Nearest bigger town (Binghamton) and nearest activities (parks and rivers) are all about a 20min drive away. The place has a TV, mini fridge, stuff like that.”
