Bayside Manasota Key Condo With Easy Beach Access

I’d like to share an updated overview of the Sunburst Condo Complex following Hurricanes Helene and Milton. All hurricane-related repairs have been completed except for the pool deck and a portion of the siding, which are still scheduled for upcoming work. All other amenities are fully operational.

Beach Access: Beach access is open via a sand path.

Beaches: Both the public beach and the beach directly in front of the Sunburst Condos are open. The sand in front of the complex has been sifted for a clean, comfortable beach experience.

Island Conditions: Manasota Key is still undergoing recovery, and guests visiting in 2025–2026 should expect some construction activity throughout the island.

Local Businesses: The Waverly, White Elephant Pub, and Beachcombers Trading Post have reopened. Other restaurants and shops continue to rebuild and reopen gradually.

Great time ! Condo was as advertised. Beach was easy to get to. Pool was used by the girls alot. Just a great vacation spot. Will be back next year!

Sunburst vacation

Had a great stay at sunburst!!! We were on the bay side with the pool which we used at least every day. There is still construction but overall the pool area was very nice and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely come back!!!

Perfect holiday getaway

Staying just a bit out of the fray of the park area was great. So nice to have the option of the pool or the beach. Really enjoyed our time and the accommodations.

Good experience, didn’t like the climb up the stairs after walking the beach for three hours. All in all nice place to stay love the beach love lemon bay! Beautiful. Love the area loved the location!

Great location, helpful and supportive property management. We’ve stayed on this property before in a different condo. This condo could use some repairs. Several of the blinds did not close/work , privacy. Ice maker didn’t work, was on but did not make any ice. Location and cleanliness was great. Easy check in and check out.

Perfect location. Convenient to everything, including beach and pool. Perfect for two couples or parents with kids. Good place to take kids to eat close by is the Sand Bar. Our favorite restaurant close by was The White Elephant. A good steak and seafood restaurant was The Lock and Key. They have a shuttle. Lots of dolphins swim past the beach.

Excellent location, great amenities, newly updated condo!!!

The condo has a fresh, modern look to it, and is well-stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your time at the beach. Literally steps to the pool and the fishing pier directly behind it, and the beach directly across the street, the grandkids did not have a dull moment! We had an awesome vacation, and look forward to coming back!!! This condo truly has it all!!!

Double Booked.

Arrived to discover that the condo was double booked. Fortunately the onsite rental agency was able to get us into a different condo. That condo did not have the same amenities as what we had booked but at least gave us a roof over our heads.
