Great spot with private beach!
We had a great week. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was in excellent condition, up to date and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach equipment was easy to access and really welcomed. The private beach was a short walk across the road and absolutely gorgeous. Leo was a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend!

Quiet beach experience!
The very nicely remodeled one bedroom condo is nicely appointed. The kitchen is well organized. The gas grill is conveniently located near the pool at the bottom of two flights of steps. We used our beach cart to walk the 7 minutes across the street to a beautiful stretch of aqua water and beautiful beach. The vibe is “Old Florida” with an abundance of delightful restaurants in walking distance.We saw dolphins in Lemon Bay behind the condo. The covered parking is convenient, however, the parking lot is gravel. It’s a good location to explore Venice, Boca Grande and Sarasota.

Beautiful Manasota Key
We had a great time at Manasota Key! Leo was a wonderful host. Check in and check out were very easy and Leo checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and had nice start ups for paper products and soaps. Easy keypad access and the washer and dryer inside the unit was great! The view of the bay was beautiful and easy walk across the road to access the beautiful beach. The pool was also very nice. The downtown area had several great restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Our stay was great! 10 out of 10!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Able to accommodate an early check in. Entire buildings were very clean. Nice to be able to see both sunrise and sunset. Nice private beach across the street. Saw dolphins in the bay on two separate occasions while having early morning coffee. Able to walk to everything. Leo was very nice and gracious. Very specific check in and out directions. Will definitely come again.

Beach Getaway
I love our annual trip to Manasota Key. Thanks to these amazing hosts for highlighting the local attractions. The yoga on the beach is part of what drew me here and is always a great way to relax. The condo is a perfect locating and the hosts are wonderfully accommodating.

very nice condo
We stayed in a 2 bedroom very clean and nice. We was suppose to stay in a 1 bedroom but i fractured my knee so owners was very accommodating and switched my room to ground floor at last minute was thankful for that or we would have had to cancel. Only thing I would say negative is the rooms are not handicap friendly but they never said it was. Under the circumstances we had a great time.

Happy with Rental & Location
Check in was easy and place was clean. Restaurants were in walking distance and Magnolias on The Bay, next door, was great. Beach access is across the street which is easy and convenient. Only suggestion would be better pillows. Both my husband and I disliked the pillows. When in town, we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Perfect place to work and relax!
Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was bright, clean and comfortable! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is a big deal when you have to work while you are away. The use of the private beach access afforded us a more relaxed beach experience and easy access to sunsets. I will be checking availability the next time I’ve are heading into the area.

We were really impressed with this unit the moment we opened the door. It was clean and nicely decorated. You can watch the sunrise from the bedroom balcony and the sunset just across the street on the beach. The covered parking was a nice feature as well. The owner was very responsive and courteous. Beautiful one bedroom Condo about 2 mins from the Beach!
Property was clean and well kept. It is an older complex, but still very nice. The owners had everything we needed to begin our vacation. They gave us starters for TP, and soap, dishsoap, etc. Beach towels provided, along with chairs, umbrella etc. The pool was quiet and clean. Overall we had a great time. We have never been to Manasota key before, but will be back. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

After a long day of travel we enter our unit and it was so inviting we went into relax mode immediately! It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the pool. We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! It had everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed…like a morning view off our balcony watching the dolphins play in the bay while eating breakfast! So relaxing! I'll be back!
Everything was wonderful! Cute condo, great bay view, short walk anywhere I wanted to go. The condo was clean, stocked kitchen and comfy. I really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella available. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. I loved that they also included local businesses in their condo pictures. The beach yoga was amazing and the music and shrimp burger at the tiki bar was great! They will even deliver to the condo! I can't wait to go back and try the new restaurant next door - Magnolias on the bay!

Best Summer Vacay
This was our first Vrbo experience (our first experience not staying at a hotel). It was really clean and comfortable for my two teens and me. We stayed while a hurricane passed by offshore. It was really helpful to have a fridge and stove to make meals and stay indoors during the storm. Having a washing machine and dryer really helped too! And last but not least we were able to save using the chairs and umbrella provided. We hope to do this type of trip again!

We were very happy with our stay. It is a very short walk to the beach, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels provided. Kitchen is well equipped and they have a Keurig in addition to a regular coffee pot. We also enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance. Owners communication was excellent. This accomodation is very neat and CLEAN! Shaded parking is a BONUS!

Wish we could have stayed forever
We chose to have an extended weekend for my wife’s birthday. Checking in on Friday and leaving Tuesday was what the doctor ordered for us. No stress. No hassles. Our code was emailed to us and no one bothered us. We threw in towels in the washer to help out before leaving. This was a nice addition that many condos don’t have. The living room was perfectly decorated and set up. The kitchen is gorgeous and sitting out back overlooking the causeway we watched fish and dolphins having a blast. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk. The restaurants and bars can easily be accessible by walking also. Maybe a 10 minute walk at best. We had rented a car, so we went to Gaspirilla Island for a couple visits. There is a nice beach restaurant there as well. But let me tell you there is nothing better than the lock-n-key restaurant located just about a half a mile away. Good food. Good drinks. This property is truly in a great spot and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you Leo! We hope to return! Mike and Lindsay
