Relaxing Poolside at the Heart House
Relax and unwind in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1740+ sq ft home. This newly updated home with all brand new furniture throughout features a large great room with a dining room for 6, a spacious kitchen, beautiful heated pool, and relaxing lanai area nestled on a quiet street just 6 miles from beautiful Englewood beaches or the breathtaking beach on Boca Grande.

The great room has a comfy sofa, love seat and chair with a 75” Sony smart TV including free WIFI. A wall of 9’ tall sliding doors opens to extend your living space to the fully caged, heated pool/lanai area enabling you to enjoy true indoor / outdoor living.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need including cleaning supplies and trash bags to get you started, as well as a coffee and beverage bar that will make you feel at home. Enjoy each morning with coffee and breakfast on the lanai overlooking the pool.

The master suite is located on one side of the house, with a cozy king-sized bed, new 55” smart TV and patio doors that open to the pool/lanai area. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub and two bowl vanity. A hairdryer is also provided.

Located on the opposite side of the house are two spacious bedrooms, an office and a full second bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds, walk-in closets, plenty of dresser space, ceiling fans and new smart 55” TVs. The office has a desk, monitor, chair, 43" smart TV and ceiling fan as well as a full-size murphy bed. The bathroom includes a generous vanity with one sink and large mirror, a toilet and shower/tub. Hairdryer provided.

Also provided are 2 sets of sheets, extra blankets and pillows for each bed; plenty of bath and beach towels as well as toilet paper and paper towels to get you started for your stay.

Laundry room with washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen, with starter laundry supplies for your convenience.

Fully caged heated pool with safety fence upon request and lanai area with bar & stools, 40" smart TV, and love seat, chairs and coffee table for relaxing and enjoying the Florida wildlife. Lounge chairs are available for sunbathing on the deck. For added convenience, there is access to the second bathroom adjacent to the pool or take advantage of the outdoor shower. On the large paver patio there is a BBQ Grill with a propane tank for grilling lunches by the pool or dinner under the stars.

In the garage there are beach chairs, an umbrella, shell / shark tooth sifter, floats, beach toys and a backpack cooler to make your trip to the beach more enjoyable.

We love our Florida home and know you will as well. This is truly a home and not just a rental property. Location, location, location...this home is conveniently located within minutes of multiple golf courses and beaches, such as Englewood Beach and Boca Grande, the home of the Tampa Bay Rays spring training, Mineral Hot Springs and Myakka State Park. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants are nearby. Short trips to Venice, Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte...endless options. Or just enjoy the heated pool and quiet time on the lanai.
