Hello, my name is David. I’ve been hosting guests for over 10 years at my Vacation Rentals. My latest project is The Windsor @ Englewood Beach (Englewood, FL).

Welcome to your dream vacation getaway at Englewood Beach, Florida. This stunning, newly remodeled canal front home offers everything you need for a luxurious and relaxing stay. With spacious living areas and modern amenities, this retreat comfortably
accommodate small groups and families.

Step inside to discover an open-concept layout with high ceilings, contemporary finishes, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped and stocked kitchen features new appliances including gas range, pot filler and a large peninsula perfect for cooking and entertaining. Both bathrooms are fully updated and include beautifully redone showers, vanities and an air jetted jacuzzi tub in the main en-suite bath.

One of the highlights of this home is the caged salt water pool (heated) area right off the living room where you can swim and relax no matter the weather. A new hot tub is also available. Large sliding glass doors open to let in the ocean breeze, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Off street parking is plentiful for both car and RV. 30 amp electrical outlet is available for use.

For water lovers, the private dock provides direct access to the serene waters of Lemon Bay and Englewood Beach, which is just a few minutes away by boat or car. Great for boating, fishing, or simply soaking in the stunning sunset views. With 3 or 4 bedrooms (one bedroom has a queen pullout sofa bed, that can also be used as an office) and 2 renovated baths, everyone can enjoy privacy and comfort.

This rental is amazing! Great appliances, decor & heated pool & hot tub. The extra added amenities are a plus. The Englewood location is an additional plus- close to restaurants & beaches but quietly located in the neighborhood.

The house was really nice, but we were supposed to have use of the dock. And they did not remove their skis, even though we had a lengthy conversation before I rented the place knowing that we were bringing 4 skis.

Very nice place we really enjoyed our stay very convenient to get out on water with boat and able to come back and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Great communication with owner. We would love to stay again when back in area.

Outstanding owner and property!!

We have stayed at our fair share of rental properties, and this one ranks near the top. The house itself was a beautiful remodel and was well stocked with the big and little things anyone would need. Just a few of the MANY things that stand out in a very positive way within this rental include:*Cleanliness both inside and out *Slider doors that opened the living room area allowing us to walk out to the lanai while providing for an oasis kind of feel *Covered patio overlooking the canal gave us a lovely retreat to simply take in the beautiful surroundings, play games, eat dinner, and even provide a perfect place for morning yoga. *Finishes of this property are beautiful. Everything from the countertops, cabinetry, showers, flooring etc, are all very tasteful. *Gas grill & the many kitchen utensils allowed us to cook in, much of the time. *Beach chairs & a cooler to enjoy a day at one of the area beaches. Beyond the rental being top-notch, the owner, David, was fantastic to work with! His communication was the best we ever experienced, as he went above & beyond to make sure that every question & need we had were addressed in an extremely timely and professional manner. He is in a league all his own, when it comes to asking for feedback and making sure our stay was top-notch. David is someone we would recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest, dedicated owner who truly wants his guests to enjoy every aspect of their stay at any of his rentals.

Beautiful Retreat in Englewood

We just returned from an absolutely fantastic stay at this newly renovated vacation home, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Spotlessly clean is an understatement – it was truly immaculate. You could tell the owners take pride in maintaining the property. Everything felt fresh and new, thanks to recent renovations.This house was perfect for our party of two couples (with three bedrooms, we could easily have included one more). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the bedrooms and living areas were nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, the property was convenient to the beach, shopping and a wide choice of restaurants.The stars of the show, though, were the pool and hot tub. After a long day of visiting with family and friends, taking a dip in the sparkling pool was the perfect way to cool down and unwind. And in the evenings, the brand new hot tub was wonderful. David was an excellent host, responding immediately to the few questions we had and seemed genuinely committed to making sure we enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway, look no further. This place hits all the marks!

Beautiful home

The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. So many little extras were provided - shampoo/soap/Q-tips/ beach towels, chairs, coffee, etc. Great location to restaurants and stores. Great communication with the host David - he checked in a couple different times to make sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed.

A Coastal Gem - Perfect Escape!

We recently stayed at this charming coastal property and it exceeded all our expectations. Here's why: - Location: a quaint and quiet neighborhood with great access to the intercoastal and a short drive to the beach. - Cleanliness: The house was spotless, providing a clean and comfortable environment. There was also easy access to plenty of supplies to help keep the place tidy while we were using it. - Kitchen: Absolutely delightful! Stocked with all the essentials and more, making meal prep a joy. The layout and appliances are modern and user-friendly. - Living Room: The living room had wonderful furniture and a very large TV. As an added bonus, we loved the sliding glass wall that opened completely to the covered outdoor pool and hot tub space making the living area feel much bigger. - Pool and Hot Tub: The outdoor area is a highlight. The pool was pristine and the hot tub, which seems brand new, was the perfect spot for evening relaxation with strong, soothing jets. - Master Bathroom: This space felt like a private spa. The design is thoughtful, combining functionality with luxury, providing a serene retreat after a day out. David, the host, has clearly put a lot of heart and attention into making this rental not just a place to stay, but a home away from home. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway by the coast. We'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 -- Jason
