”The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. It was definitely much smaller then expected and the rooms dont come with the water park access u have to buy thise separately. The food was all microwave food except the pizza. Overall disappointing ”

”Everything was acceptable except they replaced the shower door with a curtain rod but not remove all of the hardware from the shower door which left the opening unsightly and posed a safety risk if a person were to catch their foot on the now exposed hardware. ”

”Very excited to stay here the reviews were good, but I wonder where they stayed, because it couldn't have been here. Checked in and was told I booked it wrong and she was going to charge me accordingly. I had to show my phone to avoid that charge. Was told I could park around back and the room key would open the back doors, the keys did not work. Was told the pool and hot tub would be open until 1030...was closed before 9. There were stains all over the bathroom, looked disgusting. Yeah, pay...
