”We booked this hotel very last minute and it was one of the few left available in the area. The staff were lovely although the manager was less so helpful and rather lazy! Rooms were clean but very tired and need a complete update including the plumbing where water drains so slowly from the sink and the toilet flush almost impossible to do! They no longer do any sort of food which is a shame as the website shows a dining area and people enjoying the menu. The atmosphere was zero in the evening...
”We absolutely loved this property and everything about it! The room and bed were so comfortable, very clean, and cosy. I had the best night's sleep and loved the shower! The garden is beautiful, and the two gentlemen running it were so lovely! Did I mention the delicious breakfast! This hotel is top class, and we can't wait to come back again!

The only issue we had was that on Expedia we booked a twin room with double beds but when we checked in we were informed the hotel doesn’t have double bed twin rooms only single beds. I did raise it with them. We would go again but in future I will contact the hotel direct to make sure I have the room I’m booking”

”The area, the room, the owner, the atmosphere- everything was just perfect! We slept super well and enjoyed a good breakfast while chatting with other visitors and the owner. There are great restaurants nearby and if you arrive or leave by ferry, the guest house is just 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal.
