”The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nice and the full-size fridge not too noisy. Parking was easy, although the driving directions are just odd. Breakfast was fine. There was an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that was addressed by the staff and then resolved by their relocating me. Onsite laundry was not cheap, but what is these days? All told, a fine place to stay and a good value.”

It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. ”This is a truly unique hotel. It was beautifully, renovated, spacious, super clean, and very convenient for exploring Marshall. The restaurant was good, and it was very relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the river. The unit was nicely equipped. The only difficulty we had was getting a hold of anyone for questions when we arrived. The phone number in the binder did not answer our call nor reply to text message. ”The room was clean, but you could still smell cigarette smoke even though it's a non-smoking room. only If you're a smoker, you'll be fine at this property because everywhere you go, there are people smoking. Someone even decided to leave their dirty socks in the parking spot next to us. The breakfast area wasn't cleaned once while we were eating, and it was dirty, with some people 'packing' multiple plates and cups, which left the breakfast bar empty. Overall, I wouldn't stay again, but for one...
