”The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Ritah helped me arrange a shoebill tour. Each meal was delicious! I would highly recommend staying here!”

”We booked a room at the Carpe Diem Hotel for the final night of our 12 night stay in Uganda and it was the best by far, very friendly service, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend”

”We absolutely loved our stay at two friends. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed lounging in the pool and then having our dinner down at the lake. We highly recommend this as a location, especially if you are leaving early in the morning to catch a plane for a gorilla Trek”

”Everything was good”

”Clean rooms, nice meals and accommodating staff”

”This place is a bit of a ghost town. Management is absent from the property and the staff, while nice and well-meaning, can't confirm your booking or access your records at check-in. It's you to prove you've booked with your receipt. Then they have no idea which room you booked and you've got to look around the hotel til it matches the picture and description on the receipt. Staff were really helpful with luggage though.”

”was a struggle there for me.”

”Very nice and clean hotel near the airport. Peaceful garden around and charming roof terrace.”

”This hotel is ok, but it has seen its best days decades ago. Nice location by Victoria lake, many restaurants and Victoria mall. Complimentary airport transport.”
