”Wow! Perfect apartment with everything you need including washer, snacks and water. The best part was the bed - king size with soft sheets and great pillows - very much a 5 star hotel bed. Cute balcony, clear directions, great neighborhood, amazing price, and wonderful friendly host that accommodated holding our luggage. Would definitely stay here again!”
”Erittäin hyvä sijainti, huoneisto kahdella parvekkeella oli tilava ja oikein mukava. Ainut ikävä puoli oli, että huonetta ei ollut saatavilla vielä saavuttuamme, vaikka tultiin vasta kahden jälkeen. ”4 yötä hyvässä kaupunkihotellissa. Huone sekä kylpyhuone tilava. Palvelu tosi hyvää kautta linjan. Huoneeseen olisin kaivannut nespresso kahvikonettta (oli vain vesipannu ja murukahvia.) Ei myöskään kylpytakkia ja tohveleita huoneessa? Hotelliin olisin kaivannut uima-allasta ja näköala baaria/ravintolaa. Kerroksia 23!”

”This hotel is small but it is very nice. My room was newly refurbished and felt very contemporary. The staff were great. The hotel sits above a coffee shop (which is actually connected to the hotel), so there is fresh expresso at 6:30 AM. It’s just a 20 minute walk from the heart of town and a great place to launch out on foot to see the city.”

”Hieno hotelli Tiranan keskustassa. Hyvä aamupala, erinomainen kuntosali ja hieno spa-alue. Hotellihenkilökunnasta erityiskiitoksen ystävällisestä palvelusta ansaitsevat siivojat. Vastaanottohenkilökunnan palvelu oli keskimäärin hyvää tasoa, mutta 5-tähden hotellille parannettavaakin vielä on. Asiointi onnistui ongelmitta englanniksi. Ennakkoon tilatun lentokenttäkyydin kanssa oli ongelmia (kyyti ei tullut sovitusti), mutta lopulta hotelli hoiti ja hyvitti tilanteen hyvin. Kokonaisuudessaan...
”Polite staff and a modern clean room. The bed was also very good. I did not like this urban area as much as Bllok, but it was ok.
It was quite hot, about 30C, during my stay and the a/c was not good enough. My room was too warm. Another thing that I did not like was the bad drain smell in the bathroom, but otherwise the bathroom was good.
It seems that I lost my euro coin purse during my stay, as I did not find it from my suitcase after the trip. Perhaps I have dropped it somewhere 😂.”

”The hotel was beautifully decorated and located in a nice area. At the hotel had a restaurant, where tasty and varied breakfast were served. On the top floor was a nice bar with a view over the area. My room was large, clean and quiet, the shower was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will choose this hotel again. ”

"The location of the hotel is the best there could be. Nice lobby area. Rooms dated and hot. When asking about getting the room cooler (there is seemingly airconditioning), they just tell you to open the window. And it doesn't help much. No wifi in my room. After constant complaints after four days they finally fixed it. No apology. The tour companies send whatsapp messages late in the evening about nex't morning's tours, so I ended up several times getting a coat over my nightgown to get a connection elsewhere in the hotel. When we asked for directions the BunkArt bus stop (11) they gave us total opposite where the bus stop was. When I told about the noisy nighttime party in a neighboring room, they just stare at you. The cleaning lady was good and male waiter in the restaurant. The rest of the staff need serious training."
