”I stayed for the benefit of entering the Gardens early. The gardens were gorgeous!! The resort was so lovely and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The private patio on the back of the room was perfect for coffee. Would 100% stay again. ”

”No pillows in room ”

”Room was clean. Staff was asking a little too many questions upon my check in. Have stayed here well over 10 times within 3 years while on travel. Never had an encounter as I did the last time I came here. Will be trying other options next trip. Also someone needs to be looking after the breakfast bar. Entire family of kids reaching hands into things infecting everything with whatever gross germs kids have. Ewww.”

”The air-conditioning woked great! The breakfast options were bagles, bread, English muffin. Make yourself a waffle and 2 options for cereal. Coffe and milk and bananas and apples. ”

”There was a large pile of refuse - ripped out carpets and other debris - near the entrance of the property. There were long pieces of metal strewn dangerously on the steps to the office door. The carpet on the walkway outside the room actually had hazardous holes, rips and tears. I looked forward to using the pool, but I was informed by staff that it wasn't heated. The cleaning staff was nice.”

”This is a nice hotel at a decent price. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well taken care of. Our room was spacious and the hot tub was amazing! They had late check out available, so that's a plus.”

”Breakfast was only saved by the waffle machines and the ability to add cocoa to the coffee. Parking and hotel felt safe. Was pretty out dated but still clean enough. Staff was all super friendly. ”

”Nice suburban location. Breakfast area gets crowded but uses non-disposal utensils and plates which is very distinctive feature.”

”Soaking tub was very nice. Bed was very comfortable but we're glad we brought our own pillows as the room's had no support as seems to be typical for hotels nowadays. Not enough light in the bedroom. Tile floor in the main room was sticky - we think it's the cleaning products because it didn’t appear dirty but it was still kind of ick, especially with bare feet. Wifi barely supported checking email. We didn't do the breakfast. That said, we felt very safe and the staff were lovely. The location...

”Had the room for 3 nights 1st night was fine. Got in 2nd night had to go get my fresh towels at the front desk 3rd night same way. Talked to girl at front desk she said the maid cleaned the room according to her records I told the girl that I wouldn't be at her office desk if it was.”

”Room was clean and well maintained. WiFi was down for our entire 2 night stay. Food was mediocre. They charge $10 per night to park in their parking lot and the staff looked at me like I was stupid when I asked “well, where else would I park?” No complimentary breakfast, $15 if you choose to eat.”

”House has not been updated since the early 80s, needs new beds badly…there are literally cots in one of the bedrooms. The heating situation was strange (wall electric heat) with no heat in two of the bedrooms aside from some plug in heaters that cannot run at the same time because they blow a fuse. Kitchen has very little as far as cooking pots or utensils, there is no can opener! This house has potential, but some money needs to be put into fixing it up if it’s going to be rented. I was...
