”Clean room, very friendly, caring and informative staff. Our stay was very short as we were there for an event with my son but it could not have been any better. Shuttle was very nice from the airport when we got there and after the event where uber had a surcharge of almost $100 to get back to the hotel we were able to use public transportation to get back to the airport to then take the shuttle back to the hotel. ”I want to start by saying the front desk agent was friendly when we first checked in. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill after that. We received our first room key and went upstairs, but it didn’t work. The key flashed yellow instead of green, and it sounded like someone might already be inside the room. I went back downstairs to let the front desk know. She insisted the room was assigned to us and nobody should be in there, but gave me another key. The second key didn’t work...

”The room was dirty, still had others belongings + stains in the bed. I was also not informed of a parking fee. I was not informed you had to pay to park outside of the building, it’s $25/a day & I was charged for 3 full days when I only booked 2 nights the same day & didn’t check in or come until night time & left 7am checkout day so I was really only parked for a day. I basically paid $400 at this place when I could’ve paid $200-$250 with free parking at the place I usually go to. ”

”I didn't have an airport shuttle. I was a little difficult to distinguish between the two properties. Breakfast was inexpensive but realky should have come with the room expense. The bar and bartender were warm and welcoming. The restaurant at night looked closed and uninviting. All in all no complaints. ”

”The Hilton Hotel Oak Lawn, IL was beautiful. The customer service of staff was excellent. It was in an outstanding location for eating and shopping. We were there for funeral so we didn't do any pool or gym. The restaurant in lobby had a delicious buffet breakfast with everything on buffet.”

”While this is an old-style motel, the manager provided excellent service during my stay. Because the temperature was dropping below zero at night, the manager provided a space heater to ensure I wasn't cold. When heavier than expected snow fell, the manager called to offer to bring coffee to the room, and even to pick up takeout for me from one of the local restaurants. When I was ready to check out the following morning, he had already shoveled out my car and even cleared the windows before...

”Convenient location to train station and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good sized with dining area and equipped with all the conviences. Unfortunately the hot water was not working the night we stayed and the tub was a little cringy (not sure if I would have wanted to use it even if there had been hot water). Bed was clean and comfortable and a safe place to crash before catching an early flight.”
