”The bathroom had a moldy smell. ”

”Disappointed when advertised indoor pool and hot tub ( which should mean open year round) but it was not open for the season yet. Also have outdoor pool which I understand not being open. When you purposely book hotel for a hot tub and find it simply isn’t open is a little upsetting. Better wording for description is needed. Also not user friendly room, no easily accessible unused plugs by bed for something like cpap machine or phone charger. ”

”I drove 20hrs straight to get to the Quality Inn, and when I finally got in, and got to my room it was absolutely filthy. There were crumbs, bugs, and human hair all over the floor. Not to mention, the sink was full of water and broken. I went and asked the front desk for a new room, they placed us in the room next door. That room had almost the exact same issues, execpt the fridge made the entire place stink bad. Because I was tired and didn’t want to argue, I spent the night and the next day I...
