Located about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, it's perfect for a family holiday or a business trip.

It's an ideal starting point for exploring the Beauce region, along the banks of the Loire River, or for visiting the many castles and gardens, as well as the Beauval Zoo. The single-story cottage (a few steps to access the entrance) includes a large living room with a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen.

There are four separate bedrooms: three bedrooms with two single beds (90x200 cm) each (duvets and pillows), and one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) (blanket, bolster, and pillows). There is also a separate bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink), a separate shower room (walk-in shower, sink, toilet), and a separate toilet.

A table is available for your meals on the terrace (with barbecue and awning), and a lounge area is set up in the garden for your aperitifs. Relaxing moments await!

Parking is available in the gated driveway (for approximately 3 cars).

Beds are made upon your arrival. Oil heating (thermostat limited to 19 degrees Celsius), water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and tourist tax are included.

A garage at the rear of the property is rented from a neighbor.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
