”The room was clean, but sparse. Extremely thin towels and breakfast was not much. Biggest problem was the noise. The walls must be super thin because we could hear the conversations next door and the overhead noise was loud as well. Paid too much for not being able to sleep.”

”Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests.
The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

”Terrible breakfast. They literally only had bread, yogurt, frozen butter, 2 kinds of cereal, apples, and instant oatmeal packs. So it is not really a continental breakfast. Room was also dusty, carpet felt nasty, had mold on little refrigerator. I suggest you spend a little more $ and get a real hotel room.”

”My family came down to visit our son and stayed 3 nights. It was the best experience. I honestly don’t know what all the complaints about noise are about, all 4 lodges were occupied and we had zero noise issues. The room was clean, the property was clean, and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay again!”
