”Had to ask 2 days to get a replacement coffee pot. Didn’t receive housekeeping services the first day. Had to go to the front desk to get towels . Yesterday’s housekeeper didn’t restock coffee supplies. Just inconsistencies. 24 hour coffee service in rhd lobby was good as was breakfast. ”

”I would not hesitate staying here again. Everything was extremely clean and high-quality. The bed, the bedding, the furniture the decor was all wonderful. Dia on the concierge team helped us create the perfect itinerary with two visits to local vineyards and a great lunch spot. They can also assist with restaurant recommendations.
