”We stay at this location at least 6–8 times a year, and it has always been great in the past. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. ”Nobody at reception. I arrived at 9:15 pm and check in suppose to be until 12:00.Never got my room. I had to pay for another room somewhere else. ”

”Everything was excellent. Checked in for a day ended up staying 5 for traveling. Staff took great care of me. ”

”Rooms next to thw pool shouldn't be rented when there is a large ground or people throwing a birthday party. The noise was terrible! We heard it over the hot tub and the tv. The gusts having the party were then roomed above us so when the pool closed the noise was over our heads”

”The picture that was showed online did not match what we saw. We waited in lobby to check in and nobody was there so we left. The place looked run down and not kept up maintenance wise.”

”Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

”We always stay here but this time the heater shut down, the carpet needed cleaning, there was a liquid dripped down the front of the heater and the Wi-Fi was slow. Very disappointed.”

”Cleaning lady was horrible and rude was banging on the door demanding that we leave sooner than we were supposed to check out so that she can clean the room was really really upset. We were also charged $30 extra just to check in in an hour and a half early. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.”
