”The home is in a good location but unfortunately not well maintained, the air conditioning went from barely working to completely broken during our stay, with temperatures in the house in the 80s all night long. The hot tub had also not been cleaned prior to our stay. 40% of our total costs for the stay were landlord and vrbo fees, The property manager even tried to add on an additional unlisted fee which I had to argue to the point vrbo customer service had to tell them no. Completely...

”My family and I had a lovely 3 night stay. The kitchen had everything we needed…and then some. Big primary suite downstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and even a home office. Beds were comfortable. Great blackout shades had us sleeping surprisingly late. Easy off street parking. The neighborhood is a nice residential area that is pleasant for a stroll. We had a nice brunch at the little restaurant just a couple of blocks away, but that was the only commercial thing nearby. It’s a short...

”My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

15. GolfSim HotTub PS5 Sauna Thtr Pooltbl 6BR 5BA 420

Thornton, CO, 80602

”Overpriced for what you actually get. The host was very responsive and helpful. We booked this because we are golfers and wanted a golf simulator. However, the simulator is not very accurate and the whole setup is dated. We have a simulator at home and this doesn't compare. If you are a golfer you likely wouldn't even use the simulator. The hot tub needs cleaned and was very dirty. We finally found the shock for it way on top of the fridge. Likely hadn't been shocked in awhile. 2 of the theater...
