Huoneiden koko oli hyvin pieni ja niitä siivottiin vaihtelevalla tarkkuudella. Huoneet olivat nopealla silmäyksellä siistejä, mutta tarkemmin katsottuna kosteuden aiheuttamia hometäpliä löytyi mm. verhoista. ”Hyvää: Erinomainen sijainti keskellä Mongkokin vilinää. Lentokenttäbussin pysäkki sijaitsee kätevästi saman kadun varrella. Lähellä on lukuisia ruokapaikkoja, Fa Yuenin lenkkarikatu, markkinoita, Langham Placen ostoskeskus ja vaikka mitä. Huone on todella pieni, mutta hyvin varusteltu (mm. hammasharjat, vedenkeitin, sandaalit/tohvelit) ja kaikin puolin hintansa arvoinen. ”Value for money, cleanliness! Very good location, close to all amenities. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only slight drawback is that at peak times the elevator is crowded and you have to queue. The trick to avoiding elevator congestion is to take the other elevator to a higher floor and walk back down one floor. I highly recommend.”

Was able to check in at 11pm by ringing the caretaker at the desk even though it says after hours check-in is not available. ”Check-in was a terrible experience. Zero customer service, and the manager treats customers like criminals. The room's toilet was unusable without a toilet seat and would not flush properly. The room itself was not cleaned, and had broken floor tiles. The rooms are not well-maintained. The air conditioner did not work properly. The television did not work at all. ”Room service (such as dusting and moping floor) is not daily. You see roaches here, there, and everywhere. Killed more than 10 roaches, sizes from tiny to small to medium. No big flying ones. Location is great. MTR station is downstairs near the corner of street. Take out and sit in restaurants far and near. Lastly, I had problem with door lock but hotel owner sent repair staff to fix it pretty soon. I need to be taught how to close the door; otherwise, it may not be locked.”
