The neighbor has a big black dog tied to a tree with a rope and not a chain, and no fence making it hard to have fun in the backyard with little ones. My family and I saw multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. I informed the property manager multiple times, in which I was told to take pictures and submit them. ”The first and foremost thing about our stay was extra thoughtful add-on! The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied with decent dinnerware and utensils. There was coffee (but first coffee!) as well as instructions on how to operate the coffee machine. Cleanliness was a major factor for us. The area afforded a peaceful atmosphere for sleeping. Tastefully decorated as well.”

”The house was a Great Lake house and host communicated very well. Very relaxing and peaceful. The sunsets amazing and little extras by host were nice, like canoe, life jackets and s’mores basket. Be sure to pack what you need because it is a ways to go get supplies. Just what we were looking for in a getaway.”

”Very good place to stay in Clarksville! Great location downtown in a quiet neighborhood, the neighbors were friendly and the host Angie is very kind and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely plan to come back in the future. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the upstairs deck great for kicking back and relaxing, I would absolutely recommend them To put a gas fire pit in as that would make the deck area at night that much better!
