However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. ”I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed. Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. In addition, the dust via ceiling fans, closets, etc., needs to be addressed. Additional Cons: The couch needs to be replaced, there were literally visible...

”This place was very nice. It's close enough to quickly drive to downtown Cincinnati and many of the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.The house itself was lovely. The view from the balcony and the living area were amazing. They had extra blankets and space heaters tucked in many places to accommodate different temperatures. Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!”
